Her rich background in international work and a solid foundation in the entrepreneurial world enable her to leverage deep insights into the global business landscape to unlock true potential. 

Early in her career, already at the age of 25, Josefin made significant contributions to the European Commission through her extensive work on the "Economic Empowerment" project. This initiative was dedicated to making it easier for young entrepreneurs to start and run businesses within the EU. Due to her profound engagement and the depth of her contributions, she was chosen to represent all young entrepreneurs of Europe. This extensive effort culminated in a powerful, impromptu speech before more than 400 people at the European Commission, where her insights were met with standing ovations – a truly memorable peak in her early career of impactful advocacy. 

Her career is further defined by strategic insight and impactful execution across sales, business development, marketing, and communication. Josefin has a proven track record of successfully delivering projects with some of the most respected companies in the Nordics and beyond. This includes a pivotal 9-year tenure at LinkedIn Nordics, where she played a key role in developing and implementing strategies to convert relationships into achieving business-critical goals in a digital context, driving significant business growth in the region. She also founded Dog Days, helping businesses strengthen brand awareness through enhanced customer experiences in their servicescapes. 

Josefin is deeply passionate about the intersection of digitalization, relationship-building, and positive societal change, particularly in areas like mental and physical health. With years dedicated to coaching and self-leadership programs, she possesses a unique understanding of how well-being and motivation create sustainable success—for both individuals and organizations. Her experience as a Business Consultant at Leverage Consulting further solidified her expertise in blending business strategy, behavior, and communication to create lasting results. As Head of Sales at Sveriges Annonsörer, she was instrumental in recruiting nearly 47% of the total membership base, demonstrating her ability to lead teams, manage budgets, and contribute to high-level strategic direction as a member of the management team.
